With the Sash Restorations DPS we can drastically reduce all of these.
DPS installation process (Sliding Sash):
- Remove beading
- Remove top and bottom sashes
- Scrape excess paint from frame
- Plane and refit top and bottom sashes
- Rout a 1/4 “ groove into top, middle and bottom rail of sashess
- Record and re-balance top and bottom sashes
- Supply and fit new beading with integrated brush pile draughtproofing system

DPS installation process (Side hung casement):
- Remove casement
- Scrape excess paint from frame
- Plane and refit
- Rout a 1/4 inch groove around the edge of the casement to accommodate integrated brush pile draughtproofing system
- Re-hang

- Remove doors
- Scrape excess paint from frame
- Plane and refit
- Rout a 1/4 inch groove around the edge of the doors to accommodate integrated brush pile draughtproofing system
- Re-hang
Re-Glazing & Repairs
